There are 14 standard rooms each uniquely decorated and each with a private bath. All rooms are newly air-conditioned in the summer months. The rates in season for a standard room are $140/night midweek, non-holiday, and $175/night on weekends and holiday periods. Certain holiday surcharges may apply. Off-Season rates range from $110/night, midweek, to $155/night, weekends. All rates are Double Occupancy, and include the full country breakfast. Please call for details.
Additionally, we now offer our newly redecorated 3 room family suite. The suite consists of 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twins, a sitting room with TV and phone, and a private bath. The Family Suite rents for $200/night midweek, and $300/night weekends. Please call for special off-season rates.

There are two deluxe rooms in the inn, each with a king size bed, fireplace, nice cozy sitting areas, jacuzzis, and views of the mountains from the decks. The rates in season are are $180/night midweek, and $250/night weekends and holidays. The off-season rates are $150/night, midweek, and $200/night weekends. All rates are Double Occupancy, and include the full country breakfast.

There are two economy rooms in the inn, each with a double bed, that share a hall bath. The rates in season are $90/night midweek, and $120/night weekends and holidays. Off-season rates are $80/night, midweek, and $100/night weekends. All rates are Double Occupancy, and include our full country breakfast.

All room rates are double occupancy and include our full country breakfast. There is a $30/night charge for each additional person in a room. We accept well-behaved children of all ages. We also have pet-friendly rooms, on a limited basis, with certain requirements and restrictions. All room rates are subject to a 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax, and a 10% Service Charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A one night deposit is required upon making a room reservation. The deposit is refundable minus a $25 service charge, if given at least 14 days cancellation notice. For certain holiday periods, a 30 day cancllation period is required. Deposits may be paid by a credit card, or a check received within 7 days of making the reservation. Credit for the deposit shall apply to the last night of your stay. To cancel a reservation, at least 14 days, or 30 days for holiday periods, notice is required. Full room charges will apply when proper notice is not given.
